Nice to virtually meet you! Here's what you need to know about me.

I was raised as a military brat. My father was in the U.S. Air Force. I dreamed of being a fighter pilot and was accepted to be one in the Air Force. After being sworn in, I was disqualified due to a knee injury I incurred playing high school football. So, I went to college.
I worked for Walgreens 6 years as an I.T. Field Services Tech, I worked for Walgreens 21 years as a Chief Technician (Depot Manager) and worked for Walgreens 3 years as an Area Manager. I managed teams in 5 cities of my Area. Kansas City, MO; Wichita, KS; Tulsa, OK; Little Rock, AR; and Springfield, MO.
Walgreens outsourced our I.T. department to IBM. I was now an IBM employee as a Project Manager for RSaaS/BaaS for the Kaiser Permanente account. We were responsible for managing multiple data centers for KP and for IBM.
After 30 years in the corporate world, I found I was stuck in the proverbial “Corporate Mud”. My venture as a Corporate Employee had to end.
So, here I am! Myself, re-invented. Contact me if your story is similar and you would like to discover more on the possibilities that await you.

I was a volunteer youth pastor in Kansas for 10 years until I moved to the Springfield, Mo. area to be with my family. I have a passion helping people. That’s why I chose The Entrepreneur’s Source as the business I wanted to own. I have had many years of management, pastoral and business training which helps me be a valuable resource to help you with your career and to provide options/possibilities through education and awareness. TES has nearly 40 years of experience helping thousands of people just like you take control of their destinies.

Work history.

I worked for 30 years with Walgreens as an I.T. Area Manager. I had to know the technical aspects of corporate systems and had to manage teams to ensure projects, installs, new stores, etc. met the deadlines with little to no issues. Identifying and recognizing obstacles was a natural knack that I had acquired. I enjoyed my role and enjoyed working for a big corporation until they changed and forgot the importance of treating their employees fairly. That’s when the enjoyment ceased. Getting laid off after 30 years of hard work and dedication made me realize the big corporate job wasn’t for me anymore. So, I pursued being self-employed and that’s what I’m enjoying to do today as an Entrepreneur’s Source Coach. I can help you discover how you can be self-sufficient and help you shrug off that “Battered Career Syndrome”.
